This fit my Macbook Air perfectly. So perfectly it takes effort to get it snapped completely in. Follow the instructions and snap the tabs down in order. Really happy-- this is a hard shell with a layer of leather-like material covering it. Recommend!

I think this case is the endgame for MacBook cases. The use of laptop stands is encouraged for elevating the screen while working, but traveling with a stand just adds one more weighty item to carry with me. This case solves that issue. The degree of elevation is ideal and I feel considerably less strain when using my laptop for extended periods of time.

The build quality is excellent, as is the design since the feet used to secure the case to the laptop wrap around the laptop base and screen. The fit is very secure.

The design is good too because I have confidence in the degree of protection it give the laptop. Also, the “stand” is easily folded with one hand and is secure with the friction fit placement. It does not slide around when in “standing” mode so it is grippy. It does add a bit of weight to the laptop but the ergonomics is a trade off I am more than willing to make. I believe in this product so much that I have purchased one for my spouse and will likely do so for my other family members who travel for work or work-on-the-go.

This is an excellent value for the money and I have no issue typing or using the track pad at the angle of elevation (although I prefer to travel with a mouse or trackpad).
