Pretty pleased. My son is autistic and needs the most indestructible option possible. He has an otterbox iPad case on his other iPad. My only issue with your product is the raised corners and side bumpers. Thag are very chunky and just asking for my son to chew them lol. Not your fault I fully understand. The otterbox is even Al way round and very rarely puts it to his mouth. These big chunky bumpers you have are an attraction to him. I’m sure it will be absolutely perfect for a normal kid who won’t bite it lol. Plus it’s a third cheaper than otterbox which is good

Do you still need to put a screen protector on?
Our protective case comes with two front covers, one with a protective film and one without.
If your tablet already has a protective film on, you don't need to use the front cover with the film, as it may affect touch sensitivity.

There are two ways to check your iPad model:
1. Look on the back of your iPad, Look at the serial number starting with letter A.
2. Open Settings, tap General, then tap About. Look for the model number in the top section. If the number you see has a slash "/", that's the part number (for example, MY3K2LL/A). Tap the part number to reveal the model number, which has a letter followed by four numbers and no slash (for example, A2342).

I have the iPad 11th generation (A16) and the Seymac case with the hand strap & rotating kick stand. My case doesn’t have an Apple Pencil slot on the front, will the slot on the back still allow the pencil to charge?
The iPad 11th generation (A16) comes with the Apple Pencil (1st generation), which doesn't support wireless charging. Therefore, the slot on the back won't charge the Apple Pencil. You can use the USB-C to Apple Pencil adapter to charge the Apple Pencil (1st generation).
